This is a very basic computing device with preloaded software for internet browsing, word processing, viewing photos. A 30 Pin Connector for USB ports & Ethernet is supplied with this Android netbook. While travelling the connector is usually detached from the main device. The gravity sensor enables auto screen rotation and works as specified. Since it has a memory/hard drive of only 2GB, it is advisable to backup any important documents / images elsewhere and free up memory space. The inbuilt battery for the device drains fairly quickly when the android netbook is in use, so it is advisable to keep the charger connected all the time.

Remote SIM mode

Compared to most of the Smartphones which are Android based, the Nokia C6 Touchscreen Mobile has a very user friendly and intuitive interface, allowing you to learn to use it without much referring to the fairly comprehensive user manual supplied. Battery lasts for a long time and if you use it sparingly, it can be several days before you need to recharge it.  The Nokia PC suite (which can be downloaded from the Nokia website) allows easy transfer and saving of data from the Nokia C6 to your desktop or laptop.

Mobiles and keypads

Though most mobile offer internet connectivity, it is very inconvenient to surf the internet using the mobiles due to the small keypads.  Touchscreen mobiles with the Android OS like the LG Optimus One or Dell XCD 28 have a keypad, but often the the wrong key gets pressed.  This is especially true for  the Dell XCD 28 , where the screen size is smaller than that of the LG Optimus One.  Comparatively, the Nokia C6  with a QWERTY keyboard is much easier to use.

Windows 7 Ultimate

Windows 7 Ultimate  is expensive compared to other versions of Windows but it is worth spending the money.  Compared to Windows XP, it has a lot of drivers built in and also loads fairly quickly.  Upgrading  from Windows XP to Windows 7 Ultimate is simple . You do not have to reformat the hard disk and all your existing files are stored in a separate folder.
