During the day, the internet connection in Goa remains so slow that just opening the mailbox to check if there is any important or urgent email will take at least 15 minutes daily as the email service provider and the isp are so incompetent that the mailbox will not open, despite being connected to the internet for a long time.
It appears that ntro officials are wasting a lot of tax payer money to slow down the internet connection intentionally for corporate espionage
